The job was complicated by the fact that the shower bed is in daily use, and couldn’t be removed to be recovered. Volunteer Jeff Edwards measured up and organised a temporary cover to use while the final version was made. Using the old covers as patterns, volunteer Betty Gill made replacements complete with eyelets which are laced together with venetian blind cord.
